At Evergreen Concepts, we include free site evaluations in all our package prices. Having an expert review a property before purchasing land is a prudent step to ensure all considerations are addressed before committing to your dream home or cottage.

For a nominal fee, we can arrange a site evaluation prior to formalizing any agreement with us. This fee would be credited towards any additional services purchased through Evergreen, such as preliminary design or home packages.

Our site visit will assist in selecting the right design by considering critical factors such as the placement of wells and septic systems, natural land features, and potential for renewable energy systems or solar designs. Addressing these elements early can prevent costly oversights.
